Not in person you understand, but the Mayfield Arms is excited to offer his Hawkstone cider on draught. Blending traditional apple varieties, the cider is made from freshly pressed juice and fermented in oak vats for up to 6 months using champagne yeast.
The Hawkstone cider is not the only new face on the bar. You can now order a pint (or a half) of draught Guinness. No longer do you have to put up with the canned stuff but can savour the real thing.
So get down to the Mayfield Arms in the Memorial Hall and see what the fuss about Clarkson’s Hawkstone cider is about, or wander in for a pint of stout. The community bar is open every Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday evenings (darts night but all welcome) plus at gigs and performances. All profits from the bar go towards the upkeep of the hall. See you there soon!
