Hot on the heels of raising £4000 for cancer charities, Mayfield Memorial Hall this week donated the hire of the hall towards an event supporting the new children’s playground in Mayfield.
The excellent local band Dogs on Bees also waived their fee to provide a fantastic night of live entertainment. Many people commented on just what a great voice lead singer Olivia Grime has. Liv herself said “A really great gig tonight and lovely to represent my village! The compliments received afterwards really meant such a lot and people enjoying themselves when I’m just doing what I love, truly makes it 
thank you so much to all of you who attended the village hall “
